| PRE- CONSTRUCTION
Elite Development provides pre-construction by accomplishing its goals through multiple site visits and meetings with the end users to identify the specifics of the projects and its nature in relation to the construction schedule. EDI creates the construction schedule to relate the different phasing of the end users and the delivery of long lead items with minimal interruptions. We also provide communication with the clients and architects to develop and plan the construction process effectively.

GENERAL CONSTRUCTION
Elite Development, Inc. primary organizational focus is to maintain the business processes, procedures, and propelry trained personnel that support the workflow of a variety of ongoing construction contracts. We further supplement these efforts with the in-house capacity to self-perform carpentry, electrical, minor plumbing, HVAC, concrete and flooring. The following tasks point out our commitement towards our clients: Estimating, scheduling, and Value Engineering Reviews.We do Contract Negotiation and Contract Preparation, Construction administration utilizing Scheduling Software, Management, Scheduling and Coordination of Trades and Subcontractors. Also, monitoring job cost, change orders, and claims, review, track and expedite shop drawings and submittals. Elite Development has well trained staff in the main office and field personnel at all times.
